Working Foreman Maintenance & Construction

Hours per Week: 40+
Reports to: Maintenance/Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
• Always respond politely to customer inquiries and maintain a professional image.
• Proper use of LS Software Program.
• Ensure proper loading of vehicles.
• Supervise and perform job duties with assigned crew.
• Ensure work is completed to Company standards and job specifications.
• Manage crew and job hours to be completed within budget.
• On the job training and mentoring of crew members.
• Assess crew members’ performance. Communicate observations with your manager.
• Safety compliance.
• Equipment maintenance.
• Perform Winter snow removal activities.
